im just confused cause i just built my new pc and it wont let me connect to wifi without ethernet ???? and i cant do that cause my mom needs it for her work!

Not every motherboard comes with built-in Wi-Fi. You may require a PCIe or USB adapter card.

In theory: modem → USB Wi-Fi stick → mobile data → "network cable" → PC. This way, you avoid using Wi-Fi directly in your PC but still maintain a Wi-Fi connection. I’m not entirely sure what you’re really asking.

Affordable and simple option available... https://www.amazon.com/TP-Link-Mini-Wire...223&sr=8-4 There are pricier alternatives mentioned earlier. It depends on your budget and the router's distance.

Most USB Wi-Fi adapters work fine. Choose one with AC600~AC1300 or higher.
