You probably already have some bios auto OC settings, just guessing based on the voltages and assuming everything is running smoothly at 5.0. From your thermal readings, you have enough room to increase it slightly. There are many detailed guides available for overclocking the i9-9900k, so look for one and follow it. Make sure to switch off power saver in Windows Power Settings. Just adjust the pl1 and pl2 to their maximum settings, along with the icc max, and keep an eye on the voltages unless you're aiming for a constant all-core overclock. It becomes more complex, so it's better to refer to some existing guides instead of trying to figure it out alone. MSI has even published one on the topic.
