This PSU is really bad, even when it was new. I don't suggest the RM650 2023 model. It's a step down from the RMe version, and the fan quality is poor. Are you buying in the US? If yes, consider this link: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/jZ...ul...650g-bkcus for a much better option.
I don't see any options that fit what you need. My motherboard seems to only have the 4-pin fan connections. To connect it, one end would need a male or female Molex connector, and the other a female 4-pin on the board. It looks like there isn't a suitable adapter available for the RX650 if ordered.
Don't worry about the order I placed for the Thermalright TL-C12C X3 120mm Case Cooler Fan. It includes a 4pin PVM Silent Computer fan with an S-FDB bearing, a cooling fan up to 1550 RPM, and three units.
I'm just hoping it works as expected. I wonder if this is the right choice.

Can utilize 3pin on 4pin header, with the fourth pin only for PWM speed adjustment. Yep, simpler by swapping the fan 👍
