I'm not sure about this, but I don't have enough information to say whether you need a CPU cooler or a heatsink for your AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core Processor.

It should be included in the package by default. If you're wondering about alternatives, you don't need to worry about an aftermarket fix. The standard AMD version may overheat and produce noise, though it should work adequately with regular clocks.
