I saved the MyASUS App and opened it in Windows 10 with administrator privileges, but the progress bar rotated and the installation failed for some unknown reason.

Did you reboot the system before launching the app? If yes, MyAsus might not work well on your setup. Have you checked the Realtek connection in the settings?
