I disliked it at first, but changing to light mode didn’t help. I found this terminal trick to balance both settings... The dark menu bar looked just like in High Sierra https://www.tekrevue.com/tip/only-dark-m...ck-mojave/. Make sure you run this command after switching to light mode, or it can mess up app colors. Log out and back on once done.

It's fine, I don't find it appealing how they highlighted the borders and the color was affected by the wallpaper.
