Would this RAM perform adequately if required? I believe it would struggle, likely failing as a B-DIE. 3200Mhz.

It's fine, 3200mhz works well.

I have a Patriot Viper with 8GB storage and four DIMMs, plus a C19 4400Mhz Samsung B-DIE. I’m deciding which option performs better.

In truth, it's unlikely anyone would observe a meaningful impact in reality.

I'm trying to verify the setup but lack a CPU. I have 4 x 8GB Viper 4400MHz C19 B-Die and 4 x 16GB Corsair Vengeance C16 (C14 works fine).

Absolutely, but the 4400 performed well even with a 9900k. I might purchase the 4400 kit and compare it to my 3200 model.

I'm not sure I have that CPU anymore, but I got RAM after selling it. That's why this discussion started...

I owned a 4700Mhz motherboard from Corsair. Booting was limited to 4133 MHz, while 4000 offered full stability on the Z390 Aorus Master, and I used a 9900k binning.

Running your 4400mhz setup at that frequency? Most memory controllers struggle with such speeds. I’d consider downclocking it to around 3600mhz and aim for the best possible timing, then boost the clock speed on the 3200mhz unit to check how far you can push the limits. Probably the 3200mhz model won’t perform much better... The 4400mhz CL19 really shines at that speed.
