I have been using Google Chrome for about 10 years now. About four days ago, I switched to Firefox and am still getting used to it. My PC is my main computer and also my work computer. When I used Chrome, I made lots of separate profiles. One was just for my Amazon and eBay stores. Another one was for me looking at YouTube, music, video games, and other stuff. A third one was set up for me and my wife. I really enjoyed being able to do that with Chrome. With Firefox, it seems like the idea is called 'Multi-Account Containers'. Is there a way to use these containers just like separate profiles or windows? Right now, I can right-click on a site and open it in any container of my choice, but doing this for every single thing feels too much trouble. If I start a new container in its own window, would I want all the stuff I do inside that container to stay in that same container forever, instead of jumping back out? That sounds good to me. Thanks for helping me understand how to make it work like that!

Some tasks feel boring to one person but not another. If you have to do the same thing again and again until your brain starts doing it automatically like breathing, that's what happens when switching browsers too. The guide says once you set up everything, things should be easy, right? But I tried Firefox recently with Opera GX and also Edge... I still can't switch from Chrome even though I have many tabs open and my computer uses a lot of memory because I added more RAM but don't play games anymore.

Sticky Window Containers – Install this extension on your 🦊 Firefox browser. It lets all tabs stay together inside one window instead of opening separately. You can find it at addons.mozilla.org. I haven't tried it yet, but reading the description makes me think it works exactly as you need.

To make a Firefox profile: First, start making it. Then pick the one you want for when you open things up, or make an easy shortcut to that spot right where your computer is on the desktop using these words: "path-to-firefox.exe -p <profile name>".
