It's satisfactory if that motherboard meets your needs. The other more affordable options in your area are either significantly inferior or lack a comparable feature at a similar price. There isn't a more affordable recommendation I can suggest. The 4000D case is also a decent choice, though it's slightly larger in size.

I would prefer this board since it accommodates PCIe 5.0 M.2.

What are the differences between this model and the one I just got? It costs 50€ more and includes a 3 DP port, which is very important to me. Would you recommend it over the RX 6800? Also, am I familiar with XFX before? Is this a new or upcoming brand?
The 7800 XT is a superior card, though it comes at a significantly higher price compared to the RX 6800. XFX has been a reliable AIB provider for at least twelve years, offering strong warranty coverage. If you manage to locate a 7800 XT priced just 50 more than the 6800 you mentioned, it’s worth considering. It’s strange to me that the Gigabyte support page for the B650 Eagle motherboard I linked indicated the x16 slot supports PCIe 5.0, while the documentation states it only supports PCIe 4.0—something I verified myself when examining the board.
Review the support page manual, it clearly states it is a PCIe 4.0 x16 slot. I might have overlooked it, but the manual didn’t mention 5.0 anywhere. With this motherboard, your second line appears correct. The top M.2 slot is x4 5.0, but the top PCIe x16 slot only supports 4.0. Interestingly, the overview page lists the top slot as PCIe 5.0 with an asterisk, yet it never refers to that part.
according to my interpretation, the GPU slot is a PCIe X16 Gen 4 .. but there are three M.2 slots — two are 4.0 and one is 5.0. It seems like a confusing setup intended to mislead the buyer. It's not clear if the PCIe X16 slot is actually 5.0 or if the M.2 slots are 4.0 or something else.
