It's identical to the person's problem described: https://forums. I also own the same laptop as his and have added a few extra bsods. Most of the time, the bsod is not less or equal to the expected state, and it shows ntoskrnl.exe crashing. When watching anything in chrome, the bsod screen disappears, but I'm unsure about the exact bsod stopcode since the video blocks it. The video just stops playing and remains stuck on the bsod. I can send an image if you need one.

The BSOD with a video stuck on it has never been seen before. One of the images displays the BSOD stopcode.

Yeah I unplugged my battery and didn't get any sounds. What should I do? The person said they bought a new charger or adapter, but the problem still wasn't fixed.

The charger? The laptop only works with BSD on battery power. It doesn't function at all without being plugged in.

when issues arise with the charger, it is recommended to replace it with a universal model that offers higher wattage while maintaining the same amber color as the original.

I plan to swap out the charger this week. The person in the other post mentioned they changed it, but their problem didn't get resolved then.

Are those videos viewed on YouTube? Yes?
Consider disabling hardware acceleration in your web browser settings.

Some issues occur beyond Chrome too. The videos are on YouTube and an anime site.
