My new graphics card generates a significant coil whine, and I think my PSU could be the source. I reviewed the voltages using HWiNFO, which displays around 9/10V on the +12V rail. That’s concerning and might harm my components over time. My system includes a 5700X3D, 32 GB of RAM, and a 7800 XT. The PSU I’m currently using is a Tacens Radix VII AG 700W, which has been reported negatively online.
Despite having functioned well for four years, even during several power interruptions, the added load from the 7800 XT raises my concerns. I’m searching for a cost-effective yet reliable replacement. After some investigation, I discovered two popular and affordable models: the Corsair CX 750 and the MSI MAG A750BN.
I mainly use Microsoft Flight Simulator, with sessions lasting up to 12 hours, maintaining the GPU near full capacity constantly. This imposes considerable stress on my PC, so a stable solution is essential for this workload.

The price here is quite high in my country, but you might find a better offer for the Corsair RM750e.
You might have been in the US when you clicked Newegg. The Focus model from 2018 could face problems with sudden spikes, causing graphics cards to trip over OCPS and triggering shutdowns due to over current protection. If the model is after 2018 and you can't verify that, the Corsair Rme might be a better choice.

Yeah the corsair looks promising. There might be reasons to hesitate about the ones I listed first. The MSI is tier C on that site, and the CX 750 with the black label has limited details available. Are they problematic? The RM850e is tier A, which seems like a solid choice.
Those you mentioned would work for lower-performing components, but you require a superior solution for your system.
I've been digging around a bit more and came across the Gigabyte UD750GM and Thermaltake Smart BM3. The Gigabyte looks good, but it's past worries me (the last model was famous for exploding lol). The Thermaltake doesn't show up on the tier list (the BM2 does at C tier), it's ATX 3.0 compliant so I guess it should be reliable? Has japanese capacitors (Nichicon) too and the efficiency I don't care much about (bronze), it's semimodular so that's good (never understood the point of having 24 ping and CPU 8 pin to be modular). The Gigabyte also says it's ATX3.0 compliant, but it seems to good to be true, gold rating, fully modular, japanese capacitors, ATX3.0... all for the same price of the Thermaltake?

Thermaltake works well for mid to low tier systems but lacks good transient response. I wouldn’t recommend it for your setup. Gigabyte is acceptable, though a higher quality unit would offer better longevity and stable power for performance components. In short, don’t cut corners—saving 50$ isn’t worth risking reliability after about 7 years.
