kernel 41 (63) occurs after a restart and isn't the root cause.
If you're not encountering BSODs, it's likely hardware-related.
Execute this on your CPU:
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/...-tool.html?
Prime95 probably isn't the issue.
Consider testing memtest86 on each RAM stick individually, performing up to four passes. Aim for zero errors; any above indicates a potential BSOD trigger. Replace or repair RAM sticks with detected issues. Memtest comes as a bootable USB, eliminating the need for Windows to run it.
For GPU testing, only run benchmarks and observe if crashes occur. If crashes happen, you can proceed with Intel IGPU tests to compare results.
Assuming your PSU is 1600 watts, it seems unlikely to be the problem. How recent is your system?
Which storage drives are installed?

Thank you for your response. I attempted the initial intel test you provided and it passed all of them.
I plan to run memtest tonight, but I also tried another set of RAM with a different configuration—both 2666MHz and XMP profile. The outcomes were consistent.

I should mention that I had Windows installed on a Samsung 980 Pro. After a fresh installation on that drive, my Samsung 970 2TB remained unchanged. Both drives are M.2.

My PSU is an EVGA 1600W Gold unit, which is a few years old. It passed the OC power test: CPU and GPU usage reached 100% with about 800W of testing for an hour, and it didn’t crash. I don’t think the fan even activated in eco mode. I tried it with the fan on, but the same crash occurred during games.

My next plan is to use the built-in graphics card, though it’s complicated because my graphics card is integrated into a custom loop.
I’ve already run command dism repair online and performed an SFC scan. I’m unsure if this matches the one you sent, but it worked fine.

If helpful, I can share screenshots of temperature and voltage during stress tests.
I’ve conducted several stress tests—Prime95, Intel Burn Test, OCCT, Cinebench.

Intel test results:
- Voltage 1
- Voltage 2
