Check if there are any similar models with dual right rail buttons (large right and two small rights), okay?

the mouse is approximately nine years old, based on reviews and articles about it. Over time, a lot has changed, and current options often feature a macro bank instead of separate rows, or just one row above, reflecting improved ergonomic design. The Razer Naga Pro, Logitech G600, and other popular MMO mice seem like strong possibilities for your needs.

Check out the HyperX Pulsefire Raid, my son got one. It offers a decent side button arrangement without being too tight or too sparse.

Roccat NYTH is another great option that allows customization of buttons, though it’s harder to locate and pricier.

My top choice for button placement is the Steelseries WOW Legendary. It’s hard to find, but it has a solid layout with the cross button style and side buttons, plus a pinky button.
