Trying to sync FSB:RAM at 1:1 is tricky—your BIOS keeps showing 100.26 even with CPU Clock Control set to 100. Also, the VDDG setting you see (700) likely means 0.7 volts. For a cheat sheet on BIOS settings, check your motherboard manual or online guides for your specific model.

Additionally, I used Ryzen Master, which says it’s compatible in the app, but it isn’t working due to the black screen problem!

FCLK or FSB? FSB stands for BCLK now (though technically it's gone from new PCs after the northbridge merged into the CPU). BCLK doesn't sync with RAM directly at a 1:1 rate unless you're using 200MHz DDR memory. The FCLK setting works differently and isn't usually shown as a ratio. MCLK (memory sticks) to UCLK (memory controller) is what matters, and whether it's 1:1 depends on both BCLK and FCLK. Use mV as the unit. If frequency divided by tRP and tRCD exceeds 210, it's likely a Samsung B-die.

It seems the CPU doesn't fully match the motherboard's specifications, yet it still works. This can be tricky to understand. Are there any guides or settings lists available for this specific motherboard that could help clarify things? Your Asus Gene setup might be easier to manage compared to others.

In the menu settings, select AMD CBS, then XFR Enhancement. You'll see FCLK, VDDP, VDDG and UCLK ratio listed under UCLK DIV1 mode.

The "uncore" frequency matches the memory frequency, resulting in a 1:1 coupling... as expected.
