I've repeated this action three times today. Use the Magical Jelly bean key finder to locate your keys. Retrieve ISO directly from Microsoft here. Access the USB boot installation creator here. Click the button labeled "create media," which will download the tool needed to build a USB installer from the ISO you just obtained.

I understand the key is on the back of the device. The Microsoft tool doesn't recognize it, showing a message about needing a pre-installed version. I've already reached out to the manufacturer for help.

The situation isn’t great, but there’s some positive news. My key is for OEM disks, which matches what I have, so it should be compatible. I’ve checked my copy—it’s a Professional version with service pack 1. I plan to upload it to Box or something so you can download it; I’ll probably send you the link later. I’m not sure how long the upload will take, but it might be a full day. I’ll start it when I go to bed, hoping I won’t be up until 4 again just to allow more time.

Thanks in advance! This should help avoid contacting Dell or creating duplicates. I’m hoping it works smoothly tomorrow. Curious about how long it might take if the connection is slow—would you mind sharing your internet speed?
