Recently I watched a YouTube video titled "Inside China's Mini PC Production: How Tiny Computers Are Made."
For the year 2005, I was curious about BeeLink as a MiniPC for Linux.
The focus was on three aspects:
Quality
Performance
Temperature/Heat
Quiet operation
The aim was to evaluate two areas:
Development (using Java and Spring technologies)
And Server use (for a small to medium company with a few hundred users)

I've had a few Beelinks units, both remain operational (my daughter has one and a friend's children have another). They deliver strong quality and dependability. I haven't encountered any heat or noise problems with them, and they should meet your needs effectively. What kind of server are you aiming for, and what storage capacity are you considering? How many users will be connected?
Pictures? Sorry, but that isn't possible. Both are 1000+ miles away from me, in opposite directions.
The GTR Pro is in California and the Beelink Mini PC SER5 MAX is in Virgina.
I also had one of these: ASRock Industrial AMD Barebone 4X4 BOX-4800U
All three were tiny. Quiet. Ran cool.

What you are examining under current models is more advanced than what I had before. There don't appear to be any computational problems regarding supporting multiple users. It would be wise to ensure there is ample memory available, as 4TB will consume quickly, especially with 15-20 users depending on whether files are stored locally or on the server.
I operate with a nearly identical mini-pc brand (Trigkey) as a web server using Rocky Linux 8, and everything functions well. Temperatures around 45°C are normal. However, we experienced some CPU temperature problems with a Dell mini-pc using the same OS, while a different model with Rocky 9 showed no issues. We believe Rocky 8 might not have handled the Intel CPU clock effectively, keeping it constantly at maximum boost. It’s important to be cautious with Linux on mini-PCs since they often lack efficient cooling solutions. But with Ubuntu, such problems seem unlikely (I find it hard to accept that Ubuntu 25.04 couldn’t manage desktop CPU speeds).
