I can't figure out how to use cookies in Chrome. When I look at Google, it all points to IE, which is old stuff from back in the day. I need cookies so I can open Yahoo and Amazon without having to log in every time. But neither Chrome nor any settings on my Windows 11 computer let me do that. Do I even have to turn .NET Framework on? When I bought this rig just three weeks ago, they didn't give me much paperwork. Here are the specs:

On your Chrome browser, go to Chrome. Look at the top right corner and click "More Settings." Then find the section called "Privacy and security" and click on "Cookies and site data." Right now, you can change how cookies work in your browser.

I have Chrome open and I see the three dots. When I click them, I don't see just "more", it says "more tools". Is that what you wanted? Because when I click on "more tools" a list appears that does not include settings. I can scroll down to *just* "settings" and it brings up "Privacy and Security". But when I click on *that*, I do not see "Cookies and Site Data". I *do* see "Site Settings". When I click on *that* there is a whole new list starting with "Recent Activity", "Permission", and "Content". Do you want me to click on one of those? I tried that many times, listed locations with permissions (including the examples in the OP), and it doesn't work. I guess I could do a recovery but I'd really like to know if I did something wrong because everything worked fine until a week ago. Thanks, kerberos_20.

If you can't find the cookie settings, go ahead and add this link into your Chrome address bar: chrome://settings/cookies
