I’m pretty sure it’s just when the program is running, not installed. I haven’t checked yet.
Regarding the original question, if you’re worried about security, you might try XTU to set a stable configuration in BIOS and enable Mem Integrity.

If a program sets up a driver that doesn't match mem integrity standards—such as Intel Extreme—it means you must turn off that capability while the program is running and the conflicting driver is active. A newer UEFI BIOS on a premium board that supports overclocking can handle these issues.

You can adjust voltage directly in UEFI. The tool simplifies this process by allowing you to try various settings without having to restart the machine each time you wish to modify it.

I'm not sure about Intel Extreme, but it could relate to CPU hardware virtualization issues. Memory Integrity might need to be turned on in Windows, which would also turn off CPU virtualization and Core Isolation together.
