Hey everyone, I'm noticing something weird in my gaming setup. When I play games that use a lot of CPU power, my graphics card is 100% used while my processor only shows up to about 26% to 31%. My BIOS is actually updated and the CPU temperatures never get above 60 degrees Celsius. Here are my specs: an RTX 3070, an Intel i5-12600K, two sticks of 16GB RAM from Corsair running at 3600MHz, a B660M-A motherboard (I had to buy it cheaper because the new one was too expensive), and all games are on an external Samsung SSD. I tested this on an internal drive and there was no difference in performance. UserBenchmark showed up also. Any help would be awesome!

Why do you need help when your processor isn't being used much and it's still cool at 60 degrees?

Yes, I am getting about 40FPS in games like CS:GO when multithreading is on and the CPU isn't being used much. The same settings gave me around 120-200fps average back on an i7 9700f with a 2070. I'm wondering if something is wrong or if my PC just needs fixing

Turn on XMP inside the BIOS so that my RAM runs at 2133 MHz.

Is this thing already made for you or a kit? The XMP setting isn't there, so userbenchmark says it's using a lot of software bloat and slowing down the CPU because of high background tasks. Everything here feels like a poorly configured pre-built laptop.
