I have a peculiar problem that began a few months back. Logging into WoW works for about 30 to 90 minutes, but then the screen freezes briefly. This happens more often and lasts longer each time. Eventually, it causes WoW not to respond at all. Restarting helps temporarily, but the issue returns. I’ve checked forums and run a userbenchmark right after rebooting my computer, along with a pastebin of my DXdiag results. Someone might help me solve this.

The mod is causing issues, but you can reload the UI even when the screen is frozen, which will reset everything. Try updating the mods or disabling them to see if it improves the situation.

Or if you lack mods, establish a frame rate limit in your GPU's configuration for that game. I needed to do this with Truck Simulator, since it operated similarly, but with extended intervals in between.

Thanks for the prompt responses. I plan to disable all the mods first, then re-enable them to check for issues. I’ll also test the fixed frame rate simultaneously for better results.

Check one thing at a time, otherwise you won't know what fixed it lol. Fixing troubleshooting basics

That's what you intended to say, but it wasn't clearly written.
