Since buying my bluetooth earbuds, I've experienced audio problems with Battlefield 4. The sound disappears completely when launching the game and comes back after exiting the app. I checked Google's suggestions and repaired the game files in Origin without any changes. Audio functions properly without the earbuds connected to the laptop.

Hey there,
This is a known issue with some audio BT devices. You can try disable the Handsfree sound device in device manager under 'Sound, Video, Game Controller' section. You may have to reboot for it take effect.

I turned off "hands free telephony" in the device settings within the control panel, and the sound is now working properly. Thank you!

You might want to turn off the Handsfree sound device in the device manager, specifically within the 'Sound, Video, Game Controller' area. Rebooting may be necessary for it to work.
