both the cpu and gpu require some optimization. The AMD Ryzen 5 5600G has a very low cache, and certain games benefit from more cache for smoother performance. Also, make sure you disable gsync or vsync to prevent a drop in frames per second. I’d recommend upgrading the cpu first since the 7 5800x3D might not always be available, and adding extra cache will improve framerates and provide more cores. Another adjustment is lowering shadows to low settings, as this can negatively affect your frame rate.
Have you checked every low setting and tried running the game to resolve the issues?
