Searching for suggestions from users who own similar laptops. I need a device with excellent battery endurance. My current Acer Predator Helios 300 runs on a 1660ti chipset and lasts only about 1 to 1.5 hours even after a fresh battery. The GPU and 144Hz display seem to speed up the drain, even without gaming. I’m not an expert, but I want something lighter than my existing machine, with a decent SSD—preferably around 512GB or 1TB. I mainly use it for web browsing, YouTube, small 3D printing tasks, and light gaming. The budget is around $750.

Check your window power options.
There’s no strong reason to extend your usage time.
You need a stable plan, not a power plan.
A balanced setting will rely on integrated graphics and slower performance while using battery.
Screen brightness might also decrease.
Discrete graphics will be used with full CPU power only when connected.

I feel like I’ve already figured it out. The graphics are always active via the Nvidia display settings, and I keep setting the screen brightness to the maximum level of one above the minimum. It seems like my bad luck is that I can’t extend the session beyond about an hour, even though I replaced the battery last Christmas.
