You used that ISP router with your PC when Comcast tech came out? Did you get bad results then? If yes, maybe just one loose or weak wire from the router to your PC is causing it all. You got a simple connection, didn't you?

Yeah, Comcast techs found this problem and told Avance's people to help me out. They say it takes two to four days or even longer for them to get back to me. I've tried different Cat5e and Cat6 cables and everything worked before now. Also updated my NIC drivers and all the other stuff they asked about. Thanks, Jeff
