Hi there, since Jan 1st last year my internet has been really slow. My tests show that both wired and wireless are struggling. When I use a desktop on the cable, it gives me speeds of 134/40 Mbps. Even from my laptop with Wi-Fi, it's about the same speed. But when I test with my phone, it gets to over 1100/200 Mbps. I've tried turning off all devices connected to the internet and even rebooted everything. I also changed providers but the problem still shows up on my PC whether it's wired or wireless. Any help would be super thankful. Please reply

I got a Windows 10 Pro and the motherboard is an MSI B350M Gaming Pro. It has my AMD Ryzen 7 1700X processor with 16 gigabytes of memory and a realtek controller that handles internet stuff. Thanks, Jeff

They checked things out and found a problem inside my house that wasn't theirs to fix right now. Verizon is saying that. Comcast hasn't said anything else because they just finished connecting the stuff yesterday. Thanks, Jeff

Verizon and Comcast run their own separate businesses with unique tech setups. Your internet service provider should send your phone to work at the right spot and connect it all up. Is this new Verizon FiOS service real?

Hey, yes I get the tech stuff. We used FIOS before and are now on Comcast but have to pay for just a 1.2 gigabyte download speed.

Once Comcast's experts finish checking things out, everything should go right.

LOL - The Comcast tech had no clue. Said speeds from Router/Gateway are super fast. Has zero idea why those two cables and one laptop show speed tests of 102./36 Mbps. Just tested it myself. I was also getting 860/740 before January 1st, thanks, Jeff
