Hello everyone - I’m moving from an older Ryzen 5 1600 setup. The only component I plan to retain is my GPU, which I’ve got listed here (MSI MECH 2X OC 6700XT).
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/PkdvVF
Are there any changes I should consider? I’m aiming to keep the total cost near $800 since I’m not swapping a GPU yet.
My primary purposes for this PC are remote work with WFH and gaming in the evenings, mainly playing COD BO6, BF4, and Forza games. I have monitors ranging from 2 to 27 inches with 1440p resolution.

You might also consider enhancing your existing machine, as the motherboard can handle upgrades to a Ryzen 7 5700X3D, which offers slightly improved performance compared to the Ryzen 5 7600X in gaming. What are the other details about your current setup?

The 5700X3D remains functional as long as you install the newest BIOS. You might consider increasing your RAM to 32GB DDR4 3600 or 4000, and decide whether to keep your existing case or replace it with a new one along with a fresh power supply. Are you aware of your current power supply? I updated the list you received earlier—removed the CPU, motherboard, RAM, and GPU, and swapped them in for the 5700X3D and 32GB DDR4 4000. This approach would postpone a significant hardware upgrade by another two to three years.

The Montech Air 903 is a strong case. I've built a few versions with it, and it's quite straightforward to handle, plus it offers great cooling performance.
