It appears to verify most of the points you discussed. The integrated graphics will only function well in very basic games, likely older titles where graphics settings are reduced. Numerous modern laptops are difficult to open and reach the memory. This device might have soldered memory or possibly includes an additional slot, though this is uncertain. What is the cost in US dollars?

HP 15s-fq5192TU... if I just convert
78,500 taka will come out to 711.85 dollars
I understand the integrated graphics is an issue.
But choosing a dedicated graphics card such as
HP Victus 15-FA1093DX Intel Core i5-13420H
would cost around 1,02,500 taka, which equals about 929.49 dollars.
I can identify it as 12gen i5, but the HP VICTUS 15 would be much more expensive for me.
If there are other options, I’m open to suggestions. I could also consider ASUS or DELL, but I won’t buy refurbished units.
Could you confirm if this device can handle 5-6 years of video editing and office work? Or if there’s another alternative within this budget? Please let me know.

I can't comment on your market availability or anything similar.
It seems reasonable to think about using a laptop for about five years if it meets the program requirements. The main drawback would be that it would take more time for certain editing tasks.

You should explore local alternatives such as the Facebook marketplace. Adjust your search area to your actual location and radius. Negotiate in cash when dealing locally and be cautious of scammers—if the offer seems too good, it likely is. It’s strongly suggested you look into Ryzen 4000+ models. Ryzen offers superior iGPU performance and better multicore processing speeds. Many Ryzen laptops also allow memory upgrades. I’m not very familiar with online shopping platforms, but I found options on Daraz and noticed some possibilities. There might be other choices similar to those available in SE Asia, such as Lazada or Shoppee, though I can’t confirm they ship to Bangladesh. In summary, US-based recommendations and holiday deals won’t apply well here, especially with customs considerations. Focus on local sales, consider used models for better value, and stick to a budget that matches about two-thirds of your spending—avoid overspending, keep your specs realistic, and prioritize Ryzen 6 or newer Intel chips or 12th Gen processors.

After thinking about your suggestion, I came across another laptop:
ASUS Vivobook Core i3 13th Gen 15.6" FHD Laptop
—is this a good option?
Is it better than
HP15s Core i5 12th Gen 15.6" HD? They are similar in price, but HP is on the higher end. What should I consider?
Asus offers a better display and an extra NVMe slot, while HP has an HD display but no NVMe slot.
What should I choose? I’m really confused.
If I can afford more, I’ll go for the HP Victus 15-FA1093DX Intel Core i5-13420H.
But if my budget is limited, I have to pick between the two. Do you have any suggestions?

I’d prefer the more affordable laptop with a better display, Asus. The compromises are fewer CPU and GPU cores/EU (see link comparison), plus the Asus model seems to have just one open RAM slot (8GB onboard, one free SODIMM). Both seem to offer only a single M.2 port, so if you need more storage I’d consider buying a cheap 1-2TB M.2 drive to replace the internal one. Maybe grab an external M.2 caddy instead.
I still suggest going for a Ryzen model over these, particularly this one (preorder available at 48,000 taka, similar CPU performance and more stable GPU drivers).
Good luck!
