This faint ringing sound is intermittent yet consistent when it occurs, appearing in two patterns. Most often it lasts about 1-2 seconds (matching the video) and repeats every 100 seconds; sometimes it shows up as a repeating ring around 10 times with roughly 5 minutes apart. Checking Task Manager and HWINFO reveals no spikes in CPU, GPU, fans, or similar components that match the sound. It happens only when idle—just the desktop running, no applications open—and doesn’t seem linked to load. I’ve unplugged all peripherals individually and as a group (mouse, keyboard, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, LAN Ethernet, HDMI) and turned off phones, TV boxes, etc., that could cause interference. However, there are many devices nearby that I can’t switch off. I managed to stop the ten-repeating version by, for example, selecting text with the mouse.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!
No HDD is installed.
It seems an HDD is being accessed.
You might want to roll up a sheet of A4 paper into a cylinder, then hold one end to your ear while the other probes for the sound source.
650W Gigabyte P650SS 80 Plus Silver PSU
Any PSU from Gigabyte that isn't from the Aorus/UD series should be discarded.
Moved thread from Components to Systems.

The three case fans and the CPU fans are operating smoothly continuously, while the GPU fans spin freely as required. The only fan that's hard to monitor is the PSU fan, but it doesn't seem to produce any noise.

It is (one of) the GPU fans. The noise correspond to when they spin altho they seem to spin freely. Am checking whether there is any vibration with the support strut or something.
