Do you have any good alternatives to a key scrambler?
Do you have any good alternatives to a key scrambler?
Hi, I understand your concerns about anti-keylogging software. Since you experienced issues with Keyscrambler and older Windows versions, it might help to explore other options. Would you like me to suggest some alternatives? Also, should you try Keyscrambler again on your new computer? Let me know!
A solid anti-malware defense and avoiding internet downloads are sufficient
Hey everyone! Zemana hasn't been refreshed since 2019 and keyscrambler since August 2020.
@Old Molases I think you're using Zemana because it was the first one you mentioned? Are you satisfied with it? No issues at all?
@LovelySandriana Do you also use Oxynger and are you okay with it?
Adding another safeguard for my passwords, particularly my main Gmail and code signing certificate. It wouldn't hurt at all... except for the BSODs I encountered with Keyscrambler.
I'm considering a situation where something avoids detection by antivirus software, which seems unlikely given the real-world protection data from AV-Comparatives. Some tests show that around 1% of threats bypassed reputable antiviruses. In such rare cases, I try to limit the damage. Any thoughts? Thanks.
Well...no anti virus, anti malware, or anti keylogger is 100% effective.
The issues are...
Why your username/password info is shown in plain text?
Why these passwords aren’t protected by 2FA?
What online activities could lead to a keylogger becoming a problem?
