Do you have any experience with Cooler Master support in the USA?
My personal encounters with them have been positive, though both instances involved very low-priced issues.
I bought a Hyper 212 fan without a mount kit, so they sent one to me. Several years prior, after getting an Elite mesh case, the side fan had a damaged wire and they replaced it with another. Both situations were mostly straightforward. I remember handling a lot of paperwork and adjustments regarding the missing mount for the cooler, but things have been settling down now.
