Hello,
I’m planning to explore creating a repair ticket management and inventory system. This is intended as a demo for one of my courses. I’ve already tried tools like RepairQ and RepairDesk, and they offer features that I believe would be missing in these platforms. I’m aiming to develop something that meets those needs better.

I’ve built a few small applications myself, but I’m not confident enough to tackle this complexity with code. I’m curious if a platform like Quixey or Zoho could work for this project, possibly as a more affordable alternative. These kinds of solutions have their downsides, but they’re the usual choice. My vision is a web-based portal for this system.

I’d appreciate any advice, suggestions, or feedback you might have.
Thanks for your time.

If you possess MS Office and Access, there exists a suitable template for that.
Utilize it as a foundation and adjust accordingly.
However, constructing from the ground up?
Let's explore what other projects you've developed.
What kinds of databases have you worked with?
