Hello everyone, my building uses Novus, and thanks to that I secured a solid offer from Shaw at $50 for 300Mbps. A minor issue is the occasional instability—connections drop sometimes and the router resets itself. They mentioned this again when I asked for a replacement, hoping it would fix the problem. It looks like Shaw handles the restarting on their end. During the summer sale, Novus is running a $35 promotion for 100Mbps. Are you curious about their reliability? What’s your experience with them?
