My laptop has been working great since I bought it two years ago because of the high frame rate for all my games. But about a month or two ago, my frames per second have dropped and now many games are too hard to play. For example, when playing Forza Horizon 5, I used to easily reach sixty frames per second on high graphics settings, but today I only get around twelve fps even with the lowest graphics settings. My GPU usage is stuck at ninety-nine percent or one hundred percent whenever I play games. I also notice that my clock speed seems to sit at three hundred megahertz when doing anything which i believe is much lower than it should be. Running UserBenchmark says my GPU sits in the sixth percentile of all GPUs, but usually 2060 Mobiles sit at sixty-nine percent. I did a clean install of gpu drivers and nothing changed. The power settings on nvidia control panel, windows and gigabyte control panel are all set to the highest power setting / always use the gpu. updating windows didnt do anything either Specs are as followed Laptop: Gigabyte Aero 15 KB GPU: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 (TU106M), 6GB of VRAM CPU: Intel Core i7-10750H @ 2.60GHz RAM: 16GB, no overclock Operating System: Windows 11 GPU Drivers: 527.56

I think the computer is slow down (throttling). Can you tell me how hot your CPU and GPU get when you play games?
