I rarely use that app, and I think it won't help my computer anyway. So, am I supposed to start with it every time? Or should I be able to delete it right now?

You can just right-click on that program and turn off the "Start Up" option. You don't actually have to uninstall it. Just be careful if you have a dedicated graphics card or are running Windows with Intel's built-in graphics, because those features might still work even though the software is turned down.

I use a built-in feature to run everything well, so I can turn off starting up instead of having it on all the time.

It looks like my app runs quietly in the back even though I'm opening it right now. Is there a reason for that automatic start? Why would we have it running by default?

It might add some special colors, brightness, and contrast settings.

I do not need to, so nothing matters for me.

If you turn this off when starting your computer, it won't work together with other "start up with Windows" apps. But if you start it by yourself and then shut down or kill the program, it can still run on its own.

I checked the screen, and it looks like just the graphical interface makes things go smoother, so I think that's mostly all there is.

Also, do you think Cortana needs to stay in the startup? I heard if we take it out, some Windows features will stop working so I should keep it there. But I'd prefer having it not start up at all just in case that's better. What about Windows Security Notifications? I guess many of these are "Tray startup apps" and they only let certain processes run without opening the app, right? Maybe. All I know is Cortana being on startup isn't really necessary but I'm not sure what to do.
