I was testing my i5 4690k at 4.5ghz with 1.150 volts, reaching a stable 62-63°C. During a session in prime95, I encountered issues when my dad reset the breaker. I managed to turn it off and let the system cool, but before resetting, I didn’t shut down the PC. Now I experience BSODs after about 7 minutes in prime95, even when increasing the voltage to 1.170, though temperatures are better. Is my hardware affected?

did you attempt to remove the overclock in order to determine if it resolves the blue screen issue?
