Planning to install a 360mm thick GPU+CPU setup (non-OK) using fans?
The NZXT Fn v2 fans spin at 1300rpm.
Would this cooling setup work efficiently?

Absolutely. It might be useful to explore PWM or a fan controller for managing fan speeds—lower during idle and quicker under load.

my fans rarely reach above 1100rpm on my loop
so it's hard to understand why that isn't the case though
each loop seems to behave differently obviously
