DLC for Mass Effect 2 and 3 includes additional content and expansions.
It's been a long time since the original game came out, and its expansions never got released for purchase.
It's absurd. You need to purchase ME3 first, then acquire the remaining items individually. This includes valuable story elements such as 'from ashes' and 'Leviathan'.
I believe new releases bring similar items, much like DAO stone prisoners, with every purchase. These additions aim to challenge the used game market and discourage people from sharing games. In my opinion, ME2's introduction to unlock ME3 and ME3's citadel are crucial story elements that should be included, while others can be bypassed. Personally, I’d find it tough to play ME2 on the toughest setting without Kasumi’s locust. I strongly dislike the need to buy Bioware points just to download DLCs. @OP, I’m not sure there’s any way to buy DLCs together or at a discount ever.
I won’t purchase them. Many have mentioned they’ve never seen a sale, and they’re charging £10 for outdated DLC that’s only good for a few hours of play. It would be better if that price included all the DLC, but it’s limited to just a short time in the game.
