Hi
My English is not very good, so I'm sorry about the mistakes.
I have a 1,670k and 2,980ti.
How much would a custom watercooling loop cost for these three parts?
And if I change 980ti to a new graphics card, what can I reuse from the old loop?

It might cost around 6 to 700 dollars depending on what you find. If you switch the GPU, you may need to purchase a new card module, but that's mostly what you'd have to do.
