Despite having XMP activated at 3600MHz, the system displays RAM speed as 2133MHz in Task Manager, and only 8GB is available.

It seems the CPU is likely struggling. Most Zen+ chips cap at around 3200Mhz. You might want to keep the original settings and lower the target speed to 3200Mhz to see how it affects performance.

I adjusted the frequency to 3200mhz but it didn’t update. The display still shows 2133mhz. I modified the timing settings to align with 3200mhz, yet it didn’t fix the issue. I also lowered the frequency, but the problem persisted.
