Hello, I recently acquired a Dell WD19S dock along with two extra monitors to link them to my ASUS ROG Zephyrus G15 laptop (GA503Q). After connecting everything, it functioned properly for roughly half an hour. One cable was a dedicated USB C to DP connection, while the other two went through the dock—one HDMI, one DP. I attempted to adjust settings via the Nvidia control panel to merge the monitors into a single display, which worked after about five minutes of screen updates. When I tried to revert the change, it became stuck in an endless loop and required a power restart. After turning it back on, none of the USB C video outputs operated, nor did the dock provide power. Only the dedicated HDMI port displayed anything, or appeared in software. The HDMI port relies on dedicated graphics in the Nvidia control panel. My troubleshooting steps included turning it off and on, reconnecting cables, disconnecting and reconnecting power, updating drivers, resetting Windows, reinstalling graphics, and checking the dock with Steam Deck. The laptop specs are: Windows 10 Pro 64bit 22h2, AMD Ryzen 9 5900HS with Radeon Graphics 3.30GHz, 16GB RAM, 8GB soldered NVIDIA RTX 3080 (80W), BIOS version 416.
