Hello, I was working on my PC yesterday and everything was functioning well for many years. Today I started it with Windows 10. My first monitor connected via display port stopped working suddenly. When I boot up the PC, the screen displays the Windows logo, but only appears when Windows is running. It doesn’t receive a signal otherwise. Specific details: graphics card is NVIDIA 1070, ASUS gaming monitor with one display port and HDMI, and another LG LED monitor with HDMI. I tried several fixes—rebooting the PC, unplugging power and the display port for a while, reinstalling the NVIDIA driver, and rebooting again. These steps resolved the issue temporarily. However, during the driver update process it lost the signal again, causing the second screen to appear. I can still use the HDMI connection on my first screen, but my second screen only accepts one HDMI input. It’s not possible to connect both screens via HDMI. What might be the problem?

Yes, I used DDU to uninstall the display driver.

I'm not sure about that... I'll try looking for it. Edited: I used the program but the issue persists, and the NVIDIA software was removed. Something odd happened though—when I disconnect the second monitor's HDMI port, the display works. If I reconnect the HDMI of the second monitor, the screen switches to a second display and the displayport appears, but no signal shows up on my main monitor. I'm reinstalling the software now and will restart it.

This program didn't provide a resolution. Using the HDMI from the second screen prevented my DisplayPort from receiving a signal. Removing the HDMI from the second screen resolved the issue... SOLVED. Someone on Reddit also faced a similar problem, linked to an NVIDIA update. I adjusted a setting in the nvidia config page—only one monitor was enabled, the other disabled. I manually turned the other monitor on and both displays worked again. Thanks for your time!
