i have a strange problem, right now, after my computer is fully boot, up my curser is loading even when i am doing nothing. and it keeps on going for ever, i have tried to restart and run scans but nothing seems to help, also it has not affected my performance, but it is annoying to have it when nothing is actually loading. this is a short vid after computer is fully booted up Screen Recording 2025-01-16 165955.mp4

I would launch Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc) and verify there are no unexpected applications running. Remember, background processes are normal, but I’d check for any unfamiliar program names.

It seems another process might be running quietly in the background. I concur, open Task Manager once it becomes available after startup (use Ctrl+Shift+Esc for quicker access) and arrange the CPU usage section. This could help identify the issue.
