I possess an Acer Aspire 7 with 5500U, GTX 1650, and 16GB RAM. On battery power I encounter blue screens indicating issues with internal memory management or video DRAM failure. These problems appear only when using the battery, not when connected to a power source. I’ve searched for the error code but haven’t found a solution. Additionally, I’m curious if this issue applies to all models or just my laptop.
I updated the drivers to fix the issue with my old Asus laptop.
