Displaying a black screen
He recently installed his PC about a year ago and everything worked well until suddenly the screen went black. After resetting and trying safe mode, it still crashes into black. He also ran Windows diagnostics but received an error message saying the system couldn’t resolve anything. Anyone have suggestions?
