The black screen issue might be linked to a defective PCIe port. The small clip securing the GPU in the slot appears to be absent, and despite confirming it fits properly and passing tests, the problem persists.

It might happen if the GPU is sagging and gradually detaching from the slot or if the power cables are causing it to fall out. Tightening the cables and employing an anti-sag holder could assist in such situations, though this is uncommon. The clip at the end of the slot typically acts as a safety measure—it isn't required. However, if the clip was removed forcefully, the card could have suffered PCB damage.

I switched to the new PSU and it has been working smoothly. I discovered a location prone to failure, but after changing the PSU, the system remained stable.
