Hey everyone, wondering if anyone knows why my PC starts up, then goes black, and then restarts. I suspect it might be the PSU since it’s making a loud buzzing sound, but I’m not sure. The games run fine with the EVGA GQ 850, and the GPU is the 4070 TI. The monitor is the AW2720HF. Thanks!
