Sorry for the confusion, it seems the fan on your graphics card was spinning too quickly after others day. I gave it to a friend for testing, and when he installed the driver, the screen went black because the fan wasn't spinning fast enough.
Problem resolved using Reflow Core and memory solutions, similar to TMon.
