I haven’t assembled a computer before, so I think something is missing. I’ve tried all the methods I could think of or look up online. I’m now at the stage where I test it outside the case. When I first turned it on, a screen appeared with instructions about choosing two setup options (I don’t remember what they were). I wasn’t sure what those meant, so I turned it off. Now every time I power it on, everything seems to turn on, but the monitor doesn’t show anything and the motherboard lights up. I’ve unplugged and plugged everything in, checked cables, and verified compatibility on several sites. Could you help with the parts? Msi b560m pro-e, Aorus GeForce rtx 3060 ti, Intel 10th gen core i7, Aegis GSKILL 16gbx2?

Have you reset the CMOS? If yes, repeat the process and attempt to boot. If not, perform the reset, then try booting again. If still unsuccessful, disconnect both RAM modules, install just one, and restart. If that fails, remove the faulty module and reinstall the other.
