I just took out my old graphics card AMD Radeon HD 7470 to replace the old PCIE network card. After reinstalling the new network card and the old graphics card, the drivers aren’t showing up in the device manager. I tried reinstalling the older drivers again but didn’t get any results. The system info shows an i7 CPU and the motherboard isn’t clear about the OS—Windows 10 standard.

Uninstalling drivers cannot remove the hardware, this may happen if the card isn't properly connected, it's faulty, or you accidentally deleted something.
