Hello everyone, a colleague is experiencing some PC issues recently. He recently upgraded his CPU and installed an M.2 SSD within two days. Despite these changes, he still faces problems such as a black screen with flickering that appears rapidly when opening programs or even during startup. This issue persisted even before the CPU upgrade and SSD installation. Occasionally, audio fails in certain apps—Discord works fine, but some games and Spotify don’t play properly. He mentioned graphical glitches in Resident Evil 2, where door graphics become pixelated and character hair turns black when moving. The desktop wallpaper also turns black automatically. Attached are images related to these gameplay issues.

PC specifications before: CPU Ryzen 3 3200G; GPU Ryzen 7 5800X. Planned upgrade to a 6800 XT motherboard with an Asus Prime B450 M-A SSD and Windows inside Samsung 860 Evo (200 GB M.2). Planned addition of a Samsung 980 1 TB HDD and Seagate BarraCuda 3.5 1 TB 7200 rpm drive.
